Dinamo Bucharest are expected to launch a bid today for Catania attacker Nicolae Dica.

Romania's transfer deadline falls tonight and Dinamo are set to make an offer for Dica, who has admitted frustration over the lack of action he's seen this season.

The one stumbling block for Dinamo is that Dica is a former player of city rivals Steaua.
