PSG midfielder Didier Digard remains hopeful of making a move to Middlesbrough.

Speaking to French magazine Maxifootball, he said: "There are discussions between the two clubs. I do not know yet what the result will be but I am not against moving to England.

"In Paris I have had a difficult year - either I haven't played in my position or I have been on the bench.

"I do not get the impression that they (PSG) are counting on me for next season."
