Digard not about to walk out on Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough's injured midfielder Didier Digard insists he's committed to the cause.

Speaking to French television, when he was asked if he would leave Middlesbrough if they went down, Digard said: "I don't have to worry about that question because I am sure we won't go down.

"The last thing I want to do anyway is to think of moving clubs because I've changed twice in the last two years as it is. But we have to realise that we're in a dangerous position of course.

"But all the players need to be aware of how serious the threat is. Maybe that's been part of the problem up to now.

We've been capable of winning at Aston Villa, beating Liverpool and drawing with Arsenal, but we fail to get results against teams that are around us in the league. We can't afford to turn it on for certain games and not for others."
