Didier Digard is loving his time in the English Premier League after crossing from Paris St Germain where had a long-term injury lay-off and believes there is no reason why Middlesbrough cannot finish in the top eight this season.

"I'm really enjoying playing at the moment," the 22-year old Frenchman told the club's official website.

"It was difficult, after the long injury I picked up at PSG, to get back into regular football but I'm very happy with my game at the moment. I could understand I was a substitute at the beginning of the season because I had to work on my overall match fitness. But I am up to speed now and determined to take my chance in the team.

"It's difficult to say where we can finish this season but if we can continue our good form then there is no reason why we cannot finish in the top eight."
