The brother of Kaka says the Real Madrid star would never have left AC Milan if they hadn't had to sell him last summer.
Kaka ended up on the losing team in last night's Champions League tie and Digao, now playing with Lecce, said: "He has always said that he went away to protect the interests of the club.
"If all things were equal he would've stayed, but since they were different he left, and not of his own choice.
"Madrid is a beautiful city and the language is very similar. He's had no problems of any kind there."
