Atletico Madrid midfielder Diego says coach Diego Simeone has made a big difference since his appointment.

Simeone has transformed Atleti's season since his appointment last month.

"Since his arrival, Simeone has made a big difference to how we are playing," said Diego.

"We're now showing we're a fantastic team with great players and have a coach who knows how best to utilise us."
