Diego Costa has made a transfer request at Chelsea.

AS says he has told Chelsea he wants to leave and return to Atletico Madrid.

Costa has informed both owner Roman Abramovich and new boss Antonio Conte in person that he wants out.

Chelsea have tried to convince him to stay but there is no changing his mind.

However, it looks like the two sides could be on a collision course as the Blues have no intention of reopening negotiations for the striker with Atletico.
