Diego Costa was delighted with a goal on his 'second' debut in Atletico Madrid's Copa del Rey win at Lleida.

Costa came off the bench and scored within minutes in the 4-0 win.

"I am very happy for having once again felt like a footballer and for having played with Atletico Madrid again," he told reporters in Catalonia.

"It's very important to me and I'm very happy about it.

"I couldn't ask for more from my second debut. I'm back playing again and I was lucky enough to score a goal. It just makes me even happier."

However Costa did pick up a knock and Atleti are due to assess his condition in training on Thursday before running any diagnostic tests.
