Diarra, Collison on way back at West Ham

Jack Collison and Alou Diarra are on their way back at West Ham United.

The Daily Express says the club have been rocked by the news that Mohamed Diame could face a lengthy spell on the sidelines after picking up a hamstring injury during the 3-2 loss to Liverpool on Sunday.

West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is already missing Ricardo Vaz Te, Andy Carroll and Yossi Benayoun through injury.

Collison has not played since the play-off final win over Blackpool in May due to a persistent knee problem and Diarra has started only one game for the club after he suffered a serious thigh strain.
