Valter di Savio's future at Real Madrid is in doubt after the appointment of Juande Ramos as new coach.
The Italian fitness chief, once of Manchester United, has come under heavy criticism this season over the spate of injuries suffered by Real first teamers.
Ramos has arrived with his own fitness coach, Marcos Alvarez, who was also on the staff at Tottenham. The new Real boss insists Di Savio's job is not under threat, but it's understood his responsibilities will be reduced following Alvarez's arrival.
