Hulk, Atletico Madrid star Radamel Falcao, Napoli's Edinson Cavani and Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain are all on the Chelsea radar.
But the People says Di Matteo sees Hulk as his priority and is backing Blues owner Roman Abramovich to get a deal done with Porto.
