Chelsea boss Roberto di Matteo feels he's been able to unite the squad.
Chelsea have won four of five games since the former Blues midfielder took the reins.
Di Matteo said: "I have managed to get the group together to pull in same direction. It is important to hear their views - I want their opinions. I would like to think that I do feel close to them, I like to communicate and speak to players.
"But I don't think it threatens that relationship. It's a two-way conversation, not one way. It's a collective message and individual one to the whole team and every player." "You don't enter a personal relationship with them. You have to keep it professional. I don't step into personal stuff.
