Real Madrid battled their way to victory against Copa del Rey opponents Olímpic Xàtiva last night.

First half goals from Asier Illarramendi and Ángel di María helped Los Blancos advance into the next round past the Segunda B upstarts.

Real will next face Osasuna in the Round of 16 to be played January 8th and 15th.
