Real Madrid have delayed the signing ceremony of Angel di Maria until after his summer break.
Di Maria was due to face the media on Friday after passing a medical yesterday to confirm his move to the Bernabeu on a six-year deal.
Madrid announced they had reached an agreement with Portuguese champions Benfica to sign the 22-year-old at the end of last month in a deal reportedly worth 25million euros.
They had, however, been forced to wait for Argentina's 4-0 quarter-final exit at the hands of Germany to complete the deal.
Madrid have not set a new date for the midfielder's unveiling.
