Juventus legend Angelo di Livio has played down talk of AS Roma landing a big name Serie A coach.

Napoli boss Walter Mazzarri and AC Milan's Max Allegri have both been linked with the Giallorossi.

"Mazzarri or Allegri? I don't think any of them will arrive," Di Livio told Radio Mana Mana.

"It would be impossible for two Coaches who would be playing Champions League football next season to come to Roma.

"As a result, the Giallorossi need to have an adequate alternative already lined up."
