Domenico Di Carlo is set for talks with Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi today.
Di Carlo has left Mantova and is free to speak with interested clubs. Ghirardi is keen to tie up a replacement for Claudio Ranieri after his appointment as Juventus coach last week.
