Sunderland boss Paolo di Canio says he's received great feedback from his players after a first week together.
Di Canio's debut in the Premier League ended in defeat at Chelsea yesterday.
He insisted: "Ask my players if they think I am a good manager.
"We have only been together for a few days and already I have had some good answers from them.
"Some of them have told me that what we've done in the last few days has been fantastic.
"If you are a good manager like I am, you can make a change. Already there is a big difference from the beginning of the week.
"When you are a manager, you want to be successful and receive respect from the others.
"But you cannot make everyone happy and I am Paolo Di Canio and this is how I am.
"Today I was very calm because I saw my players doing well. Maybe next time I will jump and scream a lot more."
