Sunderland boss Paolo di Canio has told his club to toughen up.
Di Canio says Sunderland must do better for their investment.
"This club has got a weak mentality," he said. "In the last five years this club has spent big money, big money, like international clubs. Like Inter Milan but if we have to think every time if Wigan lose we stay up - if - mamma mia! 'I go mad when I think about that. We have to change completely and then everybody will benefit.
"It was not my players. But the others. The players are completely focussed for the next game as I sent my truffle dogs to smell and no-has one mentioned Wigan. The players are ok, but other people around are saying 'gaffer, fantastic result at Wigan."
