West Ham United legend Paolo di Canio rates Juventus' new signing Diego ahead of Real Madrid's Kaka. "He is the only real trequartista left in modern football, an example to follow for many. The way he moves between the lines is perfect and it is very difficult to knock him down," claimed the former Celtic and West Ham United ace.
"Kaka needs space and cannot move across the lines like Diego does. Even when it comes to controlling the ball and passing it around he is not as smooth as the Bianconero.
"It's weird that Dunga hasn't called him up for Brazil yet. In the past I have seen Vagner Love replacing Adriano, but Diego is a potential Ballon d'Or winner.
"However, Leo Messi is better than him. The Argentine moves like a PlayStation player."
