Swindon Town boss Paolo di Canio has been banned from the transfer market!
The Daily Mail says Di Canio has been banned from signing any more players after Swindon were hit with a transfer embargo for overspending on wages and transfer fees.
The Football League stepped in after Swindon breached Financial Fair Play rules by exceeding the spending limit of 65 per cent of their turnover.
Swindon were tipped over the edge after a league tribunal ordered Di Canio's side to shell out a combined £340,000 pounds for midfielder James Collins and defender Troy Archibald-Henville.
West Ham United legend Di Canio said: "I hope in the future we have a different situation otherwise things will be difficult. If we want the team to go up we have to cancel the embargo."
