France coach Didier Deschamps wasn't overly surprised by Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger's clash with Chelsea's Jose Mourinho on Sunday.
Wenger shoved Mourinho in the chest during a tense exchange on the touchline.
Deschamps, a former Chelsea player, said: "We are all human beings. This could happen to me too. I saw the incident.
"We saw the match in the snapshot, in emotion. I'm not here to judge. This is unexpected, yes, if you want.
"Arsene is a rather calm person who masters his emotions. These are probably just emotions getting beyond him."
