France coach Didier Deschamps is delighted seeing Gigi Buffon with PSG.

Deschamps worked with Buffon as Juventus coach 11 years ago.

He said, "We are talking about a splendid person, who can transmit a lot of things in terms of image to young players, but who is also a huge champion who can be valuable for an ambitious team like PSG.

"Just watch how he still works today to stay on top. Maybe after all these years at Juve, he needed new stimulation.

"Not to mention that Paris is a very beautiful city!"
