In demand QPR star Adel Taarabt still finds himself at Loftus Road despite the admiring glances of Paris St Germain amongst many would-be suitors. The Morocco international helped inspire QPR to promotion last season, with his enigmatic talents taking Neil Warnock's men to the Veteran midfielder Shaun Derry was not expecting the highly-rated 22-year-old to see out the summer at the R's.
He told talkSPORT: "I was surprised he came back. I thought he'd be gone in the summer.
"Last year he was incredible for us, he was absolutely fantastic at times and at other times he was terrible and that sums him up in a few words.
"On his day he can be by far the best player on the pitch and on his day he can be a liability.
"I'm sure the fans would love him to play a part this year and us players as well. If he can get his head right, it'd be a great bonus for us."
