Shaun Derry has backed Neil Warnock for a return to Crystal Palace.
Derry worked with Warnock at QPR.
He told talkSPORT: "It needs an experienced man to go in there and get the guys together again.
"As soon as you lose that [your team spirit] then you've lost everything. Neil Warnock or Tony Pulis would get a massive reaction from the boys."
