Derby County defender Bob Malcolm is happy with his move to QPR on-loan.

"The loan is a great opportunity for me to get some first team football and I hope I can do my bit to push QPR away from the wrong end of the Championship table," he said.

"QPR is a big club and when I heard there was a chance for me to come here, I had no hesitation in making the move.

"I have seen a few of their matches on television this season and I've been impressed. Now I'm looking forward to getting started."
