Derby County boss Billy Davies insists striker Steven Howard's future is at Pride Park.

Fulham want to sign Howard in January, but Davies told the Derby Telegraph: "Stevie has got us here, and we have to remember that, and there will be plenty of other opportunities for him in the next few weeks to go and get a goal or two.

"He was unfortunate because he could have scored two or three (against Newcastle)."
