Derby County teammates aren't surprised by the success of Will Hughes.

Jeff Hendrick has saluted Derby star Hughes for snatching his chance of success.

Hughes, 17, looks set to depart Pride Park in January with Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool all after him.

And ahead of tonight's clash with Hull, midfield pal Hendrick said: "We knew if he got his chance he'd take it. He's a top player."
