Derby strike deal for Sunderland's Noble, target Tottenham winger Carroll

Sunderland striker Ryan Noble is wanted at Derby County.

Derby boss Nigel Clough has agreed to take the young forward on-loan.

He also wants highly rated Spurs midfielder Tom Carroll, 19.
