Derby County have snapped up Stoke City midfielder Michael Tonge.

The Mirror says Tonge has left Stoke City to join Nigel Clough's Derby County on loan - in his second stint in the Championship this season.

Midfield schemer Tonge has joined the Rams after returning to the Britannia Stadium after a brief spell at Preston.
