Derby County winger Gary Teale has joined Championship side Plymouth Argyle on loan until the end of the season.

Rams boss Paul Jewell told the club's website: "Gary has had limited first team opportunities here and has lost a bit of confidence, but he's a terrific lad and we wish him well."
