Derby County boss Paul Jewell is moving for West Brom contract rebel Kevin Phillips.

Jewell will agree to pay Phillips around £18,000 a week and give him a two-year deal to power the Rams back to the Premier League, says the News of the World.

Stoke and QPR are also considering approaches for the ex-England striker, who is set to quit Albion despite their promotion last season.
