Derby County are being linked with a move for Scunthorpe United hitman Gary Hooper.
The Rams are hoping to strengthen their list this summer and have already made several key changes with coach Gary Crosby saying they can now relax in regards to bringing in a striker despite being linked with Hooper.
"The squad is shaping up more for how we would like it," he told the club's official website.
"The numbers are up, in terms of quantity and also the players who we want.
"The pressure is off a bit because we have done some of the deals we wanted to do already.
"Now we can take our time on the striker to make sure we get the right one in.
"Patience is important because ultimately they are the most expensive. They do the most important thing in a game which is score goals, so we know it is a big job.
"We have players here up front who can score goals so it doesn't put as much pressure on us, but we want to add to what we've got."
