Derby County chief executive Sam Rush insists there's no rush to sell Will Hughes.
The teenage midfielder is wanted by Arsenal and Liverpool.
Rush told BBC Radio Derby: "There will be no way any player will be leaving the club unless we decide so.
"It won't happen on my watch."
