Derby chief Glick wants to involve fans

Derby County chief executive Tom Glick says that the fans will be fully involved in helping to shape the future of the club.

Glick started work on Monday for the basement club in the Premiership and will be meeting representatives from three supporters groups on Tuesday.

"I can promise Derby fans I will be listening very carefully to them," Glick told the club's website.

"Derby is a club rich in tradition and we need to be respectful of its past while we plan for its future."
