Derby boss Billy Davies has revealed how his fellow Premier League managers have come to him with messages of support after a tough fortnight.
Davies saw his bottom-placed side trounced 6-0 by a rampant Liverpool in their last league outing before the international break and then had to face speculation about his relationship with the club's board and his future at the club.
The Rams boss denies all talk of a rift, insisting everyone at Pride Park is pulling in the same direction, but he was grateful for some of the messages he received.
He said: "I have had some very good phone calls (from other managers) and received some very good advice.
"The best advice I received was to keep doing what I have done, to keep believing in what I am doing.
"I will never change my beliefs or how I go about things or do my training."
