Derby County boss Billy Davies is confident he can cut-it in the Premiership, despite Saturday's 5-0 home defeat by West Ham.
"I've lost no confidence. I know exactly what I've got.
"If I'd spent £30-40million at this football club and we were sat in this position, I'd be asking myself questions.
"We've got to show more character, we've got to show more discipline in our play.
"We'll look at the videos. We'll again show them some of the things that have happened in the game. We will continue to work hard."
