Derby County manager Nigel Clough says he wants more than the six signings he has brought in already this summer.
The Rams finished 19th on the Championship table last season, just above the drop zone, and Clough is desperate to strengthen his squad ahead of the next campaign.
"Although we finished last season in a disappointing league position, we didn't think we were that far away and it was all about making some important adjustments this summer," he told the club's official website.
"We want to add two more strikers up top and also strengthen in the holding midfield position as well as left-back and we're making good progress in all of those areas.
"We expect to make a few more permanent signings before this transfer window is shut, but we have a few loan targets too which we are exploring and will continue to look at."
