Derby County boss Nigel Clough fears losing Mason Bennett in the summer.
The Daily Star says Clough fears he may be forced to let striker Bennett, 15, join Manchester City in the summer after turning down their £1.5m bid.
Liverpool and Manchester United are also interested in the teen.
