Derby County hope to land Stoke City midfielder Michael Tonge.
Tonge is ready to leave the Brit at the end of the season after failing to establish himself in Stoke boss Tony Pulis' plans.
The Mirror says Derby boss Nigel Clough is planning to offer £1 million to land Tonge.
