Deportivo La Coruna are refusing to accept Angel Lafita's return to Real Zaragoza.
Despite the Spanish Liga ruling that Lafita's move to Zaragoza now stands, Depor are making a new appeal.
They're now demanding €25 million in damages from Lafita after his decision to quit in the final week of the summer market.
