City boss Roberto Mancini is unhappy with his central defensive options and has glowing reports on Rochela from his Spanish scouts.
The 21-year-old defender has only made five senior appearances for La Liga side Deportivo La Coruna, however City have reportedly sent scouts to watch the defender in action.
