Deportivo La Coruna coach Miguel Angel Lotina has confirmed they're chasing Tottenham winger Giovani dos Santos.
Lotina said: "Giovani is the sort of player that the club needs at the moment. It is a complicated deal but we hope we can reach an agreement with Tottenham."
Giovani is one of Mexico's biggest stars but has been frozen out under Harry Redknapp and has only made one start this season, in Tottenham's Carling Cup win at Doncaster last month.
