Departing Real Madrid defender Pepe is rethinking a move to PSG.

L'Equipe says they have offered Pepe a fixed one-year deal and an option for a second year, which may not please the Portuguese defender as he leaves Real Madrid in search of a two year contract.

Pepe was expecting a two-year contract but the departure of Patrick Kluivert from his role as sporting director and the arrival of Antero Henrique, a compatriot of Pepe's, is unwilling to offer him "such a long contract".

The central defender is looking for a new club after spending a decade at Real Madrid during which he won three Champions Leagues.
