Steve Holland can't see Antonio Conte leaving Chelsea this summer.
Holland, who is set to leave Chelsea and join up with Gareth Southgate's backroom staff at England, reckons Conte won't be leaving west London after just one year.
"I don't think so (that it will be his last season)," he said on talkSPORT.
"I think it's normal when a manager has the success that Antonio has had.
"When you think back to the success he had at Juventus, the great job he did at Italy in the last European Championships.
"They were a penalty kick away from taking them further than anybody had anticipated and add to that the first success he has had in his first season in England.
"It's normal that there will be attention, it's normal there will be attention from his home country and of course I think I'm right in saying there's a lot of Chinese money which has gone into Inter.
"It is a club that whoever is at the helm will start to make significant progress, maybe more than they have done in previous years.
"I think it's a natural consequence and I will be very surprised if Antonio is not at Chelsea next season."
