The 22-year old striker will officially leave Burnley at the end of the month to join the Reds on July 1 after spending four years at Turf Moor.
Ings, who scored 11 goals in his debut season in the Premier League last term, was excited to be heading to Anfield following an unforgettable spell with the Clarets.
Thanks to @BurnleyOfficial for 4 brilliant years. The fans backed me every step of the way, I will never forget that. Good luck always!
