Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez is unsure if Spain U21 teammate Gerard Deulofeu will be returning to the Nou Camp this summer.

Barca have until Friday to trigger a buy-back option in Deulofeu's Everton contract.

Denis, ahead of tonight's U21 Euros semifinal against Italy, declared: "Gerard Deulofeu has been for many years at FC Barcelona in La Masia. He had to leave to find playing time and got it at Everton and AC Milan.

"At the end of the U21 Euros, he will decide his future and I hope that his decision will be the best for him."
