Clint Dempsey has rocked Fulham by admitting he wants to move to a Champions League club.
The American midfield ace, 28, will follow Mark Hughes and walk out - if a big club moves in.
Dempsey said: "Right now I'm thinking about Europe and playing in the Champions League. That's a goal.
"Everyone wants to play at the highest level."
Dempsey, at Fulham for four years after arriving from New England Revolution, has been on AC Milan's radar.
