Hoffenheim midfielder Kerem Demirbay has taken a swipe at Jurgen Kloppp's Liverpool ahead of their Champions League playoff second-leg.
The Reds host Hoffenheim at Anfield defending a 2-1 lead, but Demirbay insists they deserve to go through.
"We definitely play the better football. Whether it is enough, we will see in the end," said the Germany international.
"You have to say honestly, this team is just above average." But he emphasizes, "We are also good."
Demirbay is convinced, "We're not Liverpool, but we can go there with a big chest and play completely free.
"We're good enough to survive there too and score at least two goals."
