Demba Ba says the new squad at Newcastle United are all getting along.

Ba's hat-trick is the latest demonstration of just how well the Toon's French contingent are settling in on Tyneside, with Ben Arfa, Obertan, Sylvain Marveaux and Mehdi Abeid all shining at some stage.

The Sevres-born striker said: "The future looks very good here, not just for the French guys, but for everybody.

"I am happy about that because the French guys get on very well with the other lads too."
