Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph is grateful to manager Paul Lambert for helping him get back to his best.
After establishing himself in Lambert's team during the manager's first campaign, he has been the most consistent performer this season.
"When I originally came back from injury I wasn't training every day and for someone like me I think I have to," he explained.
"When Paul Lambert came I thought I would have been training twice a week. But he was like 'no chance - you're training every day'.
"I feel a lot stronger, a lot more confident in my physical shape."
